Enter the tropical wonderland of Bali, long a beacon to travellers in search of uncovering their spiritual side. Marija’s program will be more intense than Anita’s groups with more emphasis on different yoga styles and a introduction to meditation, as well as some breathwork and aerial yoga.

The information in this trip details document has been compiled with care and is provided in good faith.

The itinerary featured is correct at time of printing. It may differ slightly to the one in the brochure. Occasionally our itineraries change as we make improvements that stem from past travellers, comments and our own research. Sometimes it can be a small change like adding an extra meal along the itinerary. Sometimes the change may result in us altering the tour for the coming year. Ultimately, our goal is to provide you with the most rewarding experience. Please note that our brochure is usually released in November each year. If you have booked from the previous brochure you may find there have been some changes to the itinerary.

Citsti hram Tirta Empul je mesto gde Hidnusi i Balinezani izvode ritual prociscivanja. Sem obilaska hrama, imacemo priliku da prodjemo kroz ceo ritual I okupamo se ispod 12 fontana, od kojih svaka ima svoje lekovito svojstvo.  Balinezano dolaze u ovaj hram kako bi izcelili auru i dusu.

  • Prepodne ce nas ugostiti balinezanska porodica na svom imaju, tokom cije posete cete imati prilike da iskusite svakodnevni nacin zivota porodice koja se bavi mnogim ugostiteljsim poslovima.

Obilazak ukljucuje porodicni dom i vocnjak, nacin pravljenja kafe, kakaa, kokosovog ulja (uz degustaciju), tradicionalni balinezanski rucak  i healing ceremonija sa lokalnim samanom u predivnim bastama Rumah  Dese.

 

  • Popodne, nakon obilaska Rumah Dese, kombijem cemo nastaviti do JATILUWIH riznih polja.

OPISI PROGRAMA ZA BALI 2024

 

MORNING YOGA FLOW

 

je mekan i dinamičan stil yoge, u kome se pozicije (asane)

nadovezuju jedna na drugu kroz spajanje pokreta i daha. Dah daje ritam

vežbanju i pokreće energetski tok (“flow”). Tako kreiramo dinamičan sled

kojim se telo lagano  zagreva.

Ovaj  čas je namenjen uvek jutarnjim satima

kako bi pokrenuli telo i energiju.

Cilj ove prakse je mobilnost, pokretljivost tela i rad na snazi i fleksibilnosti.

 

 

HATHA YOGA

 

Ovo je stil yoge u kojem se asane izvode lagano, sa dužim zadržavanjem u

svakom od položaja

, sa pauzama izmedju asana.

Ovaj stil yoge je vrlo prilagodljiv svakom nivou, tako da ga mogu vežbati i

mlađi i stariji, pa čak i oni koji su zbog zdravstvenih problema slabo

pokretljivi. Oni pokrete izvode do nivoa vlastitog ograničenja.

U ovom stilu yoge se često rade i pranayame (posebne vežbe disanja)

koje energizuju telo i dovode ga u ravnotežu.

Cilj ove prakse je povećanje gipkosti tela, jačanje mišića i povećanje

snage, uz istovremeno uklanjanje fizičke i psihičke napetosti.

 

 

YIN YOGA

 

Yin yoga je suptilan stil yoge gde u položaje ulazimo polako i sa punom

pažnjom, zadržavajući se duže u svakom od njih. Tako povećavamo

fleksibilnost, pospešujemo opuštanje mišićne fascije i vezivnog mišićnog

tkiva.

Yin yoga je najčešće usmerena na karlicu, kukove, donji deo ledja i

unutrašnju stranu bedara i kroz aktivaciju vezivnog dubinskog tkiva

istovremeno ih rasteže, jača i opušta, što je upravo i fokus Yin yoge

Ova praksa neguje

opuštanje kroz vežbanje i meditativniji pristup telu.

 

 

OSHO CHAKRA SOUND MEDITATION

 

Ovo je jedna od aktivnih meditacija u kojoj koristimo glas kako bismo se

povezali sa svih 7 energetskih centara našeg tela, osećaj i doživljavanje

čakri u našem energetskom telu.

Ova meditacija donosi unutrašnji mir, tišinu i svesnost u naše biće. Radeći

je pročišćavamo energetsko telo, negativne emocije, blokirane energije i

donosimo vitalnost u naše fizičko telo. U ovoj meditaciji može se proizvesti

vokalni zvuk ili alternativno možete samo slušati muziku i povezati se sa

zvukom u sebi. Ova meditacija može se raditi bilo kada u toku dana, a

podržana je specifičnim audio snimkom muzike OSHO Chakra Sounds

Meditation.

Meals
Eating is a big part of traveling. Travelling with G Adventures you experience the vast array of wonderful food that is available out in the world. Generally meals are not included in the trip price when there is a choice of eating options, to give you the maximum flexibility in deciding where, what and with whom to eat. It also gives you more budgeting flexibility, though generally food is cheap. Our groups tend to eat together to enable you to taste a larger variety of dishes and enjoy each other’s company. There is no obligation to do this though. Your CEO will be able to suggest favourite restaurants during your trip. Included breakfasts will usually be asian style consisting of noodles or congee (rice porridge) or bread and eggs. Vegetarians will be able to find a range of different foods, although in some areas the choice may be limited. While trekking in remote regions food is included, plentiful and made of fresh local ingredients. For all trips please refer to the meals included and budget information for included meals
and meal budgets. Indonesian cooking contains fermented shrimp paste (terasi) as a basic ingredient. Although there are many vegetarian options available, please be specific when ordering food, as often a little chicken is included with most dishes.

Solo Travellers
We believe solo travellers should not have to pay more to travel so our group trips are designed for shared accommodation and do not involve a single supplement. Single travellers joining group trips are paired in twin or multi-share accommodation with someone of the same sex for the duration of the trip. Some of our Independent trips are designed differently and solo travellers on these itineraries must pay the single trip price.
